Councils
The Executive Office of Housing convenes three councils that help guide and coordinate Rhode Island’s efforts to address housing needs and homelessness across the state: the Advisory Council on Housing and Homelessness, the Interagency Council on Homelessness, and the Interagency Council on Housing Production & Preservation.
Together, these councils bring partners from government, community organizations, and the private sector to the table to strengthen collaboration, inform policy, and support strategies that expand housing opportunities, preserve existing homes, prevent and address homelessness, and ensure resources are effectively aligned to meet the needs of Rhode Islanders.
